Technique

Take a bowlful of water and placed the taros in it and scour them to clean (in the event that they're dirty). Eliminate all the dirt. Then move them to another pot. Fill the pot with water till the taros are completely inundated. Add two teaspoons of salt and put the pot ablaze for heating up the taros.

In another pot, take the eggs, add water and ¾ teaspoon salt, and save them for bubbling as well.

While they are bubbling, wash tomato, green chilies, pandan leaves and curry leaves. Cut onions first into equal parts each and cut every one of the parts. Cut tomatoes, garlic cloves and green chilies into little pieces. Tear the pandan leaves into equal parts.

Assuming the taros and eggs are bubbled at this point, take them off the fire and strip the taros. Crush the stripped taros finely.

Take 4-5 tbsp. coconut oil in a container, heat it and add the cut garlic cloves, pandan leaves, curry leaves, tomatoes, onions and green chilies, and sautéed food. In the wake of blending for quite a while, add bean stew powder, curry powder, dark pepper powder, cardamoms, cloves, turmeric powder and salt, and sautéed food once more. Presently add the pounded taros. Cook for some time. Eliminate from fire and let the combination cool down.

In another skillet, take sugar, yeast, salt and coconut oil, and blend well. Then add warm water and again blend well. Cover it and leave for 10 minutes. Then add flour, blend well and transform it into a batter, and leave again for 30 minutes more.

At this point, you can strip the eggs and cut each stripped egg into equal parts.

Presently oil the moving surface with coconut oil and turning the batter over it just with hand, squeeze off medium-sized balls. Spread each ball with hand to make it level. Spread a little taro combination on to it and keep one half bubbled egg squeezed over the blend. Close the leveled piece from all sides.

Heat coconut oil in a griddle and sear every one of the buns till brilliant brown. Your zesty taro buns are prepared!

Hibiscus Tea

To make hibiscus tea, bubble two glasses of water in a pot. Take 5-6 hibiscus blossoms (rosa-sinensis) in each glass and pour the heated water on them. You'll see the red concentrate of the blossoms soaking into the water. Press a lemon in the water. Your hibiscus tea is prepared!
